OUR REBRANDING IS HERE

Conrad Studios is evolving. After 19 years on YouTube, we are expanding beyond making films. This year our company will shift its focus to creating a variety of short form narrative shows, documentaries, micro-films, and live streaming. We plan for this to be an EPIC undertaking that will showcase some of the very best filmmaking we have ever done. Our plan is simple: make 6 TV shows/docs for YouTube and release them this summer and fall. All 6 are very different, and all 6 will require the very best teams.

That's where we need YOUR help. We are looking to build those 6 teams to LEAD all 6 shows. Our goal is to have the teams ready so we can begin production this spring.

So what are these shows about?

I'm so glad you asked! Well, let's be fully transparent! These are the shows we are hoping to roll into production: The Everyday, a show/mini doc where we follow the life of a stranger for 24 hours to showcase the beauty of the normal lives of every day people. We plan to film people of all walks of life and expose our audience to new cultures and experiences. Our second show is called The Movie Club, which is basically an in-depth discussion about current movies, done in a podcast style but with a twist. The discussions are all done in different environments and shot like documentaries. Our third show doesn't have a title, so we'll call it The Food Show (for now), where a team visits different cities and gather participants for food related challenges and fun food reviews. This show will explore the different cuisines of various cities across America. Our fourth show is "tentatively" titled Haunted Findings, and it's our least developed show but we are hoping to hire some talented show runners that can give the show a unique style. This is a mini-doc series where a team will explore the supernatural throughout different parts of America. Our fifth program is a How-To Series, where we showcase how to do "simple" things but in a hilarious, almost dead-pan comedic style, and the last show is called The 7 AM Show, where every Monday at 7 AM we give a glimpse of all the programing ahead during the week as well as a brief behind the scenes look at how it was all put together.

Are you ready to be on a team?

You probably still have a few more questions. So let's try to answer them!

Will I get paid? Yes, there's 2 ways to do that. All videos will be heavily monetized on YouTube via ads and through sponsors/brand deals. All the revenue made by each individual video will be split amongst the team who put each video together. The other way to get paid will be through commission by being either a producer/associate producer and you will earn a percentage of each sponsorship deal you earn for the team.

What are the hours like? Flexible! The teams will meet via Zoom once or twice a week and discuss the plans/development of each show up until filming. Otherwise, you can work on your spare time. If you are on a team that will be ON SET or ON CAMERA, then you will most likely be gone for several days in the Spring. We are aiming to film Friday's-Sunday's, this includes travel days. All travel will be paid for.

Who can participate? Anyone from anywhere in the world. A lot of our development, writing, and coordinating team can be from literally anywhere. Our "home base" will be Cleveland, OH which is where filming will take place for the first few videos. You MUST have Zoom and be able to participate in weekly web meetings
